Luxury Self Catering Holiday Apartments

All our self-catering apartments are finished and appointed to an extremely high standard, with every facility you need for a perfect stay.

All the furniture, fixtures and fittings are of a high standard throughout the apartments, with comfy lounge chairs and large quality beds,

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fully fitted kitchens and large open lounge areas are just some of the luxury facilities to enjoy, along with modern bathrooms and flat-screen TVs.

Nice-sized balconies lead off the lounge and kitchen area, and terraced areas offer stunning views over the English Channel and across the Hastings park countryside, perfect for sitting out with a drink or two and taking in the spectacular sea.

You can choose from three types of self-catering properties: one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or our superb Penthouse suite.

Plenty of private parking is available at the rear of the property within our secure, gated community.

All rooms are double-glazed and fully insulated, with underfloor heating for the winter months.  The central heating is fully adjustable.

Wi-Fi access is available in all apartments; you will receive an access code on arrival, which allows unlimited internet access during your stay. Generally, Wi-Fi speeds are good throughout the apartments.

• Three-piece suite (two large sofas in penthouse)

• Occasional tables
• Patio doors leading to seating area or balcony with chairs
• Dining table and chairs
• Floor lamps

Kitchen Area:

• Fully fitted with electric oven, hob and extractor hood
• Microwave oven, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster
• Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils

Bedrooms:

• Double or twin beds (made up for arrival), wardrobe, dresser and bedside cabinets
• The master bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with electric shower, hand basin, low flush toilet and automatic extractor
• Hairdryer, iron and ironing board

Bathrooms:

• Electric shower, electric towel rail, hand basin, low flush toilet and automatic extractor fan

Bedding & Towels:

We provide clean bedding, sheets, and towels with each apartment rental.
