Booking Conditions

 

Payments

We accept payments by cash, cheque and bacs bank transfers


Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required on confirmation of booking.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival.


Cancellations

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to 90% of the total booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.


No Shows

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.


Checking In

Check ins are between 16.00 and 21.00 hrs.


Checking Out

Guests are required to check out between 10.00 and 10.30am


General Rules

Our apartments are for adults only.

Children aged between 16 and 18 are welcome and can stay at the normal adult rate but must be accompanied by an adult.

No pets.

No smoking in the apartments.

No stag or hen parties.

 

We also always advise our guests to take out personal holiday insurance to cover yourself for accidents, medical emergencies and other eventualities.
